At Novahubb, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we deal exclusively in digital products, our refund policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the nature of instant digital delivery.
Non-delivered product
You paid but never received the digital code or activation details.
Invalid or expired product
The product code was already used, expired before delivery, or technically invalid.
Wrong product delivered
You received a product different from what you ordered.
Duplicate charge
You were charged more than once for a single order.
Change of mind
Refunds are not issued if you simply decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
Redeemed or partially used products
Once a code, card, or subscription has been activated or redeemed, it is not eligible for a refund.
Expired products (user delay)
If a product code or gift card expires after delivery due to delayed use, no refund is issued.
Incompatibility issues
If a product (e.g., a region-locked gift card) is not compatible with your region or account, and that information was stated in the product description.
Promotional or discounted items
Items purchased at a special promotional rate or as part of bundle offers are non-refundable.

Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or evidence.
Our team will review your claim within 2β3 business days. We may request additional information to complete the investigation.
If your refund is approved, we will process it to the original payment method within 5β10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are available only if the Travel SIM fails to activate within 24 hours of purchase and our technical team confirms a provisioning error. Refunds are not issued for Travel SIMs that have been successfully activated, even if unused data remains.
Gift card refunds are issued only when the card code is verified as invalid or already used at the time of delivery. We work with issuers to replace invalid cards where possible. Region-locked gift cards are non-refundable if the region limitation was clearly stated in the product listing.
Subscription refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase if the credentials have not been used. After 24 hours or if the subscription has been accessed, no refunds are granted.
Gaming credit codes are non-refundable once the code has been redeemed or revealed. If a code is invalid, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
Due to the volatile and irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, crypto-related purchases are strictly non-refundable once processed. Payment vouchers are non-refundable after redemption.
Telecom top-up orders are non-refundable once the top-up has been applied to the target number. If delivery fails due to a carrier error and we cannot re-attempt, a full refund will be issued.
